Powtoon Hauora

For Health Miss Dougherty set a task on Powtoon where we had to work individually. The task consisted of making slides and adding pictures related to the four walls of Hauora. The first wall is Taha Tinana ( Physical ) for me this can be playing sports, exercise, or simply just walking. The second wall is Taha Hinengaro ( Mental/Emotional ) for me this is anything to do with the way you are feeling weather your happy, angry or sad. The third wall is Taha Wairua ( Spiritual ) for me this is church or saying a prayer with your family before dinner. The fourth wall is Taha Whanau ( Social ) for me this is interacting or communicating with people anywhere.

    I've witnessed that you haven't got much of a presentation nor google drawing for your Hauora (Well being) task, but I really enjoyed reading through your introduction for your given task. I see that you've included "playing sports" and getting "exercise" as part of your Physical well being. I really like the fact that a lot of people enjoy being active by playing sports as well as I do :) Anyways, you've done a phenomenal job for your task in Health class. Well done and I'd love to see more within the upcoming events and classes we attend in school. Great effort!
